Non-Life Subsidence Zone Weighted Sum Insured

Calculates one subsidence zone weighted sum insured using the selected calculation-date basis, region where applicable, zone risk weight, residential building sum insured, and optional lower amount cap.

Before 30 January 2027, the page uses the current France-only Article 125 factor of 0.0005 with the French zone risk-weight table. From 30 January 2027, it uses the Regulation (EU) 2026/269 regional factor and selected zone table: 0.0006 for FR and 0.0002 for BE.

Important Notes

  • Gross basis: Amounts are before deduction of recoverables from reinsurance contracts and special purpose vehicles unless the lower amount alternative is supportable from policy terms.
  • Gross vs. Net SCR: This calculator determines the standalone Non-Life Subsidence Zone WSI SCR. Solvency II risk is only finalized as a net impact on Basic Own Funds after diversification in Non-Life Risk, then within BSCR, and after the top-level LAC TP and LAC DT adjustments.
  • Regulatory deviation: Material deviation from standard-formula assumptions at this layer may support a capital add-on or a move toward an internal model where justified.[1]
  • Reporting: The displayed result is intended to support the corresponding standard-formula component for the S.25.01.01 standard-formula reporting view.[2]
